How to Apply

If you are a qualified and interested candidate, please follow these instructions:

1. Submit resume and cover letter in PDF format to resumes@opticair.net

   • PDFs must be titled with your last name and a short description of the document (example: DoeResume.pdf or DoeCoverLetter.pdf)

2. The subject line of the email should begin with the word application followed by the applicant’s name (example: Application-John Doe)

   • If you are being referred to us by an Optic Air employee or associate, add the referral’s name in the subject line following the applicant’s name (example: Resume-John Doe, referred by Jane Doe)

3. Include any anecdotes that describe your:

   • Character and values

   • Ability to get things done

   • Previous work experience

   • If applying for pilot: Solo cross-country time, including your longest solo flight
